Guardian Challenge 2007
24th June 2007

This year’s challenge is a ‘Tai Ji- Athon’ set by Lau Gar Guardian John Russell.

This is a great opportunity for all to learn Tai Chi either for the first time or to reinforce any Tai Chi you already know. You do not have to know any Tai Chi to take part. You will learn a handful of Tai Chi forms and by the end of the day you should comfortably remember them.

10 hours of Tai Chi is quite a challenge so it doesn’t matter if you don’t do the whole 10 hours, you just do as many as you can. However John Russell who is now in his 60’s will be doing the full 10, so any one younger really doesn’t have any excuse! No, honestly you do what you can. You will be allowed a short break per hour.

The ‘Tai Ji Athon’ is a sponsored event so if you wish to signup download the form below and send in your application form. Don’t forget to start collecting those all important sponsors.

All proceeds will go to the Lau Gar Trust.
